Let’s Talk NYC was developed by the NYC Mayor’s Office of Community Mental Health, The NYC Department of Education, The Office of School Health, School Mental Health Program, The Jed Foundation and Ogilvy Health.

Let’s Talk NYC: Universal

This training is accessible for all school-based staff (irrespective of role) working within NYC Public High Schools. This training prepares staff to become mental health allies and to offer supportive conversations about mental health.

Let’s Talk NYC: Behavioral Health

This module was created specifically for student support (social worker, guidance counselor, SAPIS, etc.) and behavioral health staff working within NYC Public High Schools. This training provides an overview of the Let’s Talk campaign, and how it aligns with the mental health services that you offer. It also provides strategies for amplifying mental health support in your school community through collaboration with mental health allies.
